# Demais distribuições e regras

Com as pré-vendas, vendas privadas, exchanges, marketing, parcerias, oportunidades e Programa de Bonificação, temos inicialmente 81% do supply máximo distribuído para o crescimento do ecossistema, determinando, assim, um alto grau de descentralização do token Ribus já em estágios iniciais do projeto. 

Para o conselho consultivo será permitido vender inicialmente 20% dos tokens por trimestre após a quarta fase da venda privada, entretanto, caso a fase 4 da venda privada não atinja venda total dos tokens, então o conselho consultivo irá bloquear os tokens por um período de 12 meses, e após esse período poderão vender 20% dos tokens por trimestre. 

Para a equipe, existirá um bloqueio de 12 meses sem a possibilidade de vender tokens, e após este período serão liberadas 20% das posições por trimestre.
