The buyback mechanism was designed to provide sustainability to the Ribus ecosystem, and, within the scope addressed, the method contributes to promoting several fronts, such as the burning mechanism, bonus program and opportunity program, allowing the ecosystem to diversify in their approaches to Ribus token holders.

The maintenance of the active ecosystem, the transparency of Ribus' actions and the opportunities for market enthusiasts are what guides Ribus to adopt measures such as repurchase.

For the repurchase, the Ribus Token price in force at the time of each repurchase will be considered, which means the official market value. In addition, it is important to note that Ribus does not guarantee the repurchase of specific tokenists, it is not a mandatory act or rule of the project, as it is a discretionary act of Ribus.

The buyback will be carried out in a generalized way within the ecosystem. Such practice can never be confused with an obligation of Ribus or the right to some type of remuneration on the part of the token holder. It should be noted that Ribus will practice repurchase for mere liberality, without this promoting any other type of interpretation on the provisions of this document and its commercial or legal consequences.

The buyback is very beneficial to the ecosystem, as it contributes to the decrease in the supply of tokens in circulation, which leads to scarcity and better use of available tokens.
